Just received a verbal offer to come in as a Senior in SaT at EY in Canada, but we are yet to discuss comp. What salary should I negotiate for this?

1.5 YOE full time experience in consulting at Deloitte

1.5 YOE internship experience in directly relevant/applicable roles

Last month someone from Natwest posted an opening on a linkedin professional network, I sent him my CV. After couple of days 2 rounds of interview happened and I was told that I am selected, salary was discussd and he told me that offer letter will be released soon. No commumication was done over email. Was he a fraud?

2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
