Ive been in an intermodal logistics cordinator for my company for 7 years now and just this last year, i recieved no salary increase because i had reached the "salary limit" for my possition which is 50k. I want to see what else is out there and keep my options open. Do you have any recommendations on where i can start as i have not had to look in over 7 years and seems like alot has changed. For reference i recieved salary increases of 2.5% a year.

Todays is my HR round planned with Emerson technology Pune, My total years of exp is 7.3 and Technology is dot net plus azure cloud. I'm AZ900 certified as well. If my current salary is not a benchmark what could be the best standard CTC I can ask for as per current market??

I have 10 yoe in Mainframe. cctc-10L. I have below 2 offer:
infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.
2). How is asset and wealth management (AWM)..? JP Morgan

Offer is more money than what I make now but would require leaving everything I know behind and starting in a new state. Do employers typically negotiate within reason? If salary is not on here or Glassdoor or Salary, what’s a good way to gauge an estimate of the worth so I don’t waste my time? Getting back on the job hunt. I have a hard time knowing how much certain jobs are worth from descriptions and if I’m in the right ballpark for salary. I’ve turned down a couple interview requests bc I would tell them my range. I’ve also spent time on several jobs where the description didn’t match the value. They ended up being 20% less than others in the industry.

She also said if I really perform over and above in onsite interviews I may once again be considered for L6. Is this true? If so, what differently should I do?

10 YOE in strategy/ MGMT consulting. Got an AWS "company fit" fit but not a fit for the position I interviewed for. The recruiter said they are going to keep looking for openings that would be a better fit (non-tech). Has anyone received an offer in this situation, and if so how long did it take?
