How does A&M record your hours? If you individually log it how strict or precise is it?

I always underlogged hours subconsciously due to the intense ever ready nature of my last few projects. I want to be cognizant about this without being penalized.

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed?
