For those who have done it before, what is the best approach to:
1. Begin prepping now for interviews
2. Positioning myself to work DD cases (this seems to be a clear required step)
3. Understanding general hiring pipeline for MBB into these funds (recruiters, MBB friendly firms, etc)

I’m a new analyst at a PE firm, and my associate keeps blaming me for things she does wrong. Like she will tell me I made the wrong change, even though she is the one who changed it. Or in calls with other people, she won’t take responsibility for things that she told me to do that the other person calls out as wrong. How can I handle this situation without making her mad but also not letting her step all over me?
