Just some venting I want to do since somebody posted paternity leave issue. In 2021, just after covid onset - the company wanted to cut costs badly. You know what they did? They downgraded term insurance from 3 X CTC to a flat 20L insurance. So somebody earning 25L came from 75L insurance to 20L. That year and next year, SOO many young people died from nagarro (mostly due to covid) & every time my heart would ache on why they did not even get decent amount. We get least amount of nonCTC benefit

Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. Six wks later her 17yo wrecked it, air bags deployed, and estimates have ranged between $10-$18k in needed repairs while $21k is still owed. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp
