Just wrapped a sprint where we switched from story points to time estimates. It felt more clear but also added pressure. Anyone else tried this shift? Curious how your teams manage transparency without pushing devs too hard. How did the team take it?

I thought you’re not supposed to do that lol

That's what I said, but the directors above me wanted us to implement it anyway

Story Points allow for estimates and not to put pressure on the team. This goes against SCRUM

I know - wasn't my choice. The first one went okay, but this current sprint is definitely suffering because of it

Hi! I am seeking for an advise, anything helps! I applied to Accenture’s entry level analyst program. I applied a few days ago (I know it’s a bit late, but the application is still open thankfully). Yesterday, I joined a resume workshop w/ an Accenture recruiter. She went through my resume and said that I have a strong one! I’ve also set up a coffee chat w/ her next week. Unfortunately, I got an email today from the system, they decided not to move forward :( Should I reach out to her abt this?
