Hi Fishes
In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

Make sure you have plenty of natural light and ventilation to create a calming environment. Doing this brightens up any office.
I work with recovering addicts and love this circle of control poster from Amazon. I'm all for educational/thematic posters in client centered spaces especially for reminders that you get tired of saying or that feel like a nag. https://www.amazon.com/LOLUIS-Classroom-Counseling-Counsellor-Therapist/dp/B09KMXPDKN?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1
Neutral colors, wall art, relaxing scents but too overbearing
Plants!! I can't stress enough how effective plants are with creating a peaceful environment. They help to keep the air clean which just makes everyone happier
You definitely want to have plants!!!!
Lack of clutter, a couple of plants for oxygen, comfortable and not obtrusive lighting, maybe even a sound machine with low relaxing music for the anxiety-ridden. Scents are pretty subjective so I'd be low key on those. Maybe a couple of fidget toys?
Consider adding some cozy elements like a soft rug, a few throw pillows, or a blanket to make your clients feel comfortable and welcome.
Start with a clean and minimalistic design. Then work your way from there. Sometimes the best things are the most simple.
I try to have a minimalist decor so that's it's not too much stimulation for my clients with anxiety
Choose natural colors, textures, and furniture that are comfortable and inviting. Nothing too bold or unsightly.
Incorporate some personal touches, like artwork, plants, or frames to make the space feel homey.
Start by adding pops of color with wall art, plants, and accessories. I personally love having artwork that reminds me of the places I’ve traveled and makes me feel relaxed.
I suggest to invest in comfortable furniture like a cozy chair and a stylish rug to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Minimalist, pops of gentle color, affirming artwork. Salt lamps are fun :) think of how people decorate massage spaces!
