I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. This is a story of my friend i met a month back. He is in mid 30’s. According to him, Marriage is becoming so difficult these days. He had multiple meetings via matrimonial sites. Salary, big home, job profile, joint vs nuclear family, homely vs career oriented, no cooking like ever, NRI demand, god knows how many more reasons of mismatch he faced.
