KPMG denying promotions, pay hikes and bonuses to those who avail maternity and paternity benefits, isn’t that exploitation? They call it firm provided benefit. But how is this a benefit when you provide a paid leave but then steal from the employee by denying them promotion, hike or any bonus? Putting money in one pocket but stealing from other pocket. Thugs!
