KPMG Lighthouse for SWE - can someone help explain levels & what a potential offer could look like?

Is level purely based on YOE? I applied for SA but I've seen others say their offer was given at A if they felt there wasn't enough experience. Does interview performance matter?

How is YOE calculated? Years in SWE, years in consulting? Does work time in other industries count at all for those who switched careers?

Hard to know what to expect when there could easily be a $50k range in there...

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role?
