Kyowa Kirin- Wow is all I can say. Had a fantastic interview with an RSM for a rare disease sales role. RSM told me he saw no reason NOT to move me forward after on-camera interview. Wrote sincere thank you note and NEVER HEARD BACK. Had to call recruiting coordinator to find out why. Basically, someone else more qualified.

I will never look at Kyowah Kirin with the same respect again. Tthey need to learn that more and more people leave their “experience w review process” right here.

Anyone know how to get a position as an HRBP without HRPB experience? All positions I've looked at want previous experience. Would over 5 years of HR experience and a PHR suffice, or what skills should be added to that?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
