I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join. Epam offering 17 fixed and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh variable). I am confused which one I should join

Offer check: VP Corp Dev at unicorn FinTech - $300k cash comp + equity. Currently 2nd yr PE associate at MM/UMM. Worried I am leaving the party too soon but interested in chance to get equity upside.

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. My mental health and my personal relationships have been on a steady decline.

I don’t have another job lined up yet. But I’m danger close to quitting and taking my chances with freelance. Could it be worth it?

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.

How do you deal with a Midlevel who tells the partner you’ll cover for them, but gives you less than 24 hours notice they’ll be gone without asking if you can cover? I helped out back on July on a deal with they were on vacation, and now every vacation since they keep adding me back on without keeping me appraised of the deal in the interim
