I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. For me, I think “pay yourself first” is the most important. It forces me to save money first so I wouldn’t need to worry about making a budget for expenses, since I can see how much “disposable” money I have to spend.
