Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Yes, I have personally dealt with this situation a lot of times. I have observed that a guy has to work hard and smart and even after that nothing is guaranteed, but this is not the case with other gender. I was in a team of 4( 3 were females) Long story shot - I had to pay the price for standing up to the nonsense which was prevalent in the team. M was also a female. Current situation for males is very alarming and it is going to deteriorate in future.
Aji haan double chhodo, triple se bhi upar standards. There are only 2 criterion for a good appraisal in HCL, either you are pretty close to the management or you are a girl. If you are a girl who knows how to get close to the management, firto sone pe suhaga.
Sone 'PE' suhaga? Ya Sone 'SE' suhaga? 😉
Many times. Some girls get unfair advantage because of despo managers who don't leave an iota of hope that someday she will give him what he wants. Morons. But many others were really decent and treated a fish as a fish.
That’s called diversity inclusion
Ahh... Interesting...
Yes, every appraisal season
I personally have heard stories about Accenture which has a policy of promoting based on gender, so if they promote 3 guys they would also promote 3 girls in the name of gender equality. Even if there are guys who deserved the promotion more. Is that really true?
