I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I am having discussions with my teachers on ways that I can better support them and the students when remote.

Hello! Does anyone know of any openings for diversity and inclusion drivers/promoters in India? I joined as an HR analyst at Accenture as a fresh graduate 3 months ago but this is not really the role I was looking for. I have quite a lot of experience in diversity and inclusion related themes. I have often wondered if being honest when I fill out EEOC / diversity forms if that limits me from new work / promotions. I used to be able to hide my disability, but it is progressive so now it's not as easy to hide. Thoughts?

Has anyone ever been in a mostly platonic relationship? I don’t like to label myself much, but I don’t really like intimacy and don’t really like romance. Some people would say I’m asexual/aromantic, but unless that too is a spectrum, I don’t think I fit squarely into that group. As I get older, I’m realizing I’m feeling very lonely. It would be nice to find someone, but have it be platonic (any gender/sex). It’s weird, I know. It’s hard to articulate as well. Can anyone relate? 😭😭

Someone on LinkedIn expressed disappointment about the lack of diversity from the big law firms in TX that were posting pics of their summer associates. A managing partner commented that he thought the post might be about a pic he posted (12/14 SAs were white). He tried to defend this by saying that they had LGBT and socioeconomic diversity. The fact that he recognized that his pic might be part of the problem says it all. Law firms need to do better. Sorry, I just wanted to rant.

Can a New York registered attorney (solo practitioner) file a diversity jurisdiction lawsuit in a federal court of another state other than NY, (while residing outside the US, and not running an office in NY)? Any thoughts on this? Thank you!

I work in Florida where the Parental Rights law concerning gender theory and sexuality in k-3 is currently being labeled the "Don't Say Gay Bill". I find it crazy that so many of my liberal coworkers, even in the social studies department haven't even read the bill and are just buying the low wholesale. I agree that we should leave those choices up to the parents. Do you guys have similar things happening where you're at?
