Last year, TCS declined a hike for senior associates and Cognizant followed it which reflected M+ hike cut down.

Yesterday TCS announced a hike for all grade associates effective 1st April 2026.

Cognizant is still quite on this for Senior employee

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?
