Lately I’ve been struggling with setting boundaries around work hours, especially with everything being remote. Messages keep coming in well past 6pm, and I feel guilty not responding. How do you handle after-hours communication without looking like you're not a team player?

Do they provide cab facility in Pune location ? How is the wfh policy? Do they reimburse internet charges?

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
