I had given first technical round of interview in Mastercard for senior software engineer(it went well).
I have 7+ years of experience in java technology stack.
I am currently holding offers from the companies like TCS,Deloitte, Xoriant and ibm.
Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.
Can anyone one suggest how much Mastercard will offer for senior software engineer position ?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. Now I just have so many regrets that I let her go. I know we still love each other and left on “good” terms but can’t forgive myself for my lack of action.

I think it’s 100% on max. By breaking so late he was banking on Lewis backing down, which was very risky.

I think the only way Max stands a chance is if Red Bull get lucky with a safety car / red flag. As much as I want to see that happen, Mercedes are too good to drop the ball with a faster car on race pace. Thoughts?
