I've been approached for a Manager - Technical Consulting position at Salesforce India.

How are the technical rounds on a quotient of 1-10(1 being very less and 10 being extremely technical)?
Should I prepare for something specifically?

And what is the current package provided by Salesforce for the same position?

Do Climate and impact investing roles at MF pay less than the regular PE roles (Eg Apollo climate, KKR impact, TPG rise)?
