Let's debunk Tcs medical policy:

1. You have one fixed covg (generally 2L) & floating (generally 14L)
2. 2L covg is free of cost for the employee but floating is not
3. Both plans are mandatory for an employee
4. You can add parents or parents in laws in TCS plan but any 2 of them can be added, not 4
5. You can't top up but increase your plan, one step up like Gold to Gold Plus
6. step up is not lucrative enough but costly

Overall it's not cheap like other service compny. 50K extra burden.
