It’s not easy but the silver lining is that I never get to see my kids every day when business is normal . This is great.

like

Thanks for empathy OP!
It is an uphill challenge.

Not to forget, trying not to kill each other 😆

like

Just pretend that the kids are needy clients and/or teammates. Get them what they need, send them on their way and get back to work.

It works for me with 3 kids. 😁

like

Trying to get as much quality time with the kid as possible. Leadership are at least for now very supportive of the situation and flexible in relation to when work is done.

I started dating this guy some months before covid struck.. he was literally crazy about me. He even stayed in Hyderabad for months just so that we could meet once before he went on to stay with his family. After that it had been a real roller coaster. He pampered me a lot before and now he hardly talks. We both have switched to different companies (earlier were in the same) and now he works 6 days a week. Sleeps or Vists his relatives or works on Sundays. Sometimes I feel he no longer loves me.
