I started working at a different hospital earlier this month, and it has been a great experience. My commute before was atrocious, among other negatives. Happy to say everyone has been great, and I’m excited to be where I am now.
Hello, so I work at a assistant living. Wednesday night one of my resident came from her apartment to the nurses station. Clutching her chest. Barely talking, face pale. I called 911. Next day or this afternoon I got report she had a mild heartattack. I got an that a boy from DON! In my 19 year of nursing second one.
I'M FINALLY DONE WITH NIGHTS! Day shift opportunity opened up and I was able to get it! No more living like a vampire. I'm so happy!!!

Honestly, just taking one day at a time and not stressing out each day because I have a habit of doing that and you know the Work is there it’s gonna get done eventually and we just really need to focus on one day at a time so we don’t get burnt out and I think I did a great job with doing that lol
It has been so long since I have had a win at work. Ha ha ha. I’ve had some wins with family members, so I’m trying to use that to keep me happy.
Occupational health just approved my return to work, effective immediately!
I learned how to walk again. Still slow and a ton of pain but im even back in the office some. I had a back surgery and several months later....sepsis! Diskitis that speed like south Georgia kudzu until I had septic arthritis in the hip.
