Let's talk omnichannel fulfillment strategies - my company is resistant to shifting because we have issues with communication between channels. Has anybody experienced difficulties with communication within their company that they have been able to overcome? What steps have helped with implementing omnichannel fullfillment?

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly.
