A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. Looking for perspective here! I’m worried that my ex is going to refuse to pay child support and take me to court over it. And I’m worried that somehow support won’t be given. In your collective experiences, do judges award child support in 50/50 custody cases if the husband makes more a good deal more income?
