At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off. What can I do?

Currently unemployed, and looking at a job offer of around 62k base, small firm. Not my preferred choice but this is the first offer in three months. They also took a month to get me the offer with corona and internal restructuring. Two questions:
1) The contract doesn’t mention a notice period in the probation period. What’s a good way to ask? 2) If I manage to secure another offer between contract signing and start date, would this involve any financial liabilities?

M2 NYC metro area working in healthcare consulting base around $131K low for an M2 in a high COL or market? No MBA, but want to pursue in the next 2 years to pivot to working in health strategy.

I am starting a new role with a new company and will have 6 direct reports. Although I have managed teams before in a consulting project setting, this will be the first time in industry.
