What’s not to understand?
They want $300k worth of skills for $100k.
300 is crazy for ACD
300 is a reach for CD
I had 6–7 interviews with them, then they went silent for weeks, and only responded when I reached out, saying the role was frozen. When I followed up again after seeing the role reposted sometime later, they ignored me.
The people I actually interviewed with were nice, but the whole recruiting process was a mess.

Agree, pointless range. There’s no way a role can differ that much based on experience. The disparity would suggest very different roles/responsibilities.
