Currently in Private Equity (in India), have an offer to join the PE practice of MBB in SGP. What are the exit options like? How much do you charge/would you charge for a workshop? A gym is trying to get me to do a workshop for compound movements (2-3 hours) and they seem to think I’ll just do it for my rate of personal training. There’s no way in hell Im doing that for $65 lmao.

There's a lot of backstory to this but I can only type so much SO I've been with my company for 10.5 hours and just found out they've increased their base pay for starting employees $3-5/hr. I have received my annual 3-4% raises, only because I always make sure to ask for it, but nothing more. They didn't even acknowledge my 10 year anniversary with the company and it's a pretty small company (less than 100 employees). I feel I should get a $3-5/hr raise since the base pay was raised. Thoughts?
