Any tips on what to expect at the "Hiring Manager interview" for a Solutions Architect role at Databricks?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Say you have an offer for Senior Test Engineer and SDET (not senior).
Compensation is same. Both the companies are good.

Given the narrowing boundaries between testing and dev, which position is better in the long run? I thought it'd be SDET.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager.
