Looking for advice on side gigs where I can use technical skills to earn extra income basically a “gig worker” but for tech skills. Things like data work, automation, dashboards, scripting, or light dev tasks. Are there gigs like this? What paths have worked for you?

I am trying to transfer my pf from Capgemini to persistent and raised transfer request as well for that but it got rejected. I checked persistent guys but they said Capgemini should check this issue. So does anyone have any contact with Capgemini who takes care of these pf related queries for alumni or any support email.

I am a UX designer and have spoken with a potential client who intially wanted to redesign the navigation and landing page of their site. They showed me analytics saying only .35% of users open the main menu (most access different pages through Google search and then leave the site) so it's not worth the time to redesign. I see a lot of growth potential here, but they don't see the value in good nav if users don't already use it. How do I show them the value of good nav? Should I just let it go?
