I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. I absolutely hate creating tactical maps/ecosystems/plumbing charts etc. I love actually working on developing brand plans and tactics- and even the understanding of channels. Should I change fields? What else is there?

Does anyone have a list of KPIs for Comms Planning roles within an agency setting? Trying to establish how I’m measured / being reviewed because it’s very hazy at the moment.
