Selling 2 tickets to SIX, the musical for Wed, 05/25 at 7:30 pm. Great seats in Row C of Dress Circle Center. Had to go out of town for work and can’t make the show.
Originally paid $116 each (including taxes and fees). Willing to sell both for $200 or the best offer.

Manager at Kearney here.
I would not recommend.
1. Firm has perpetually been a ~$1B firm, with many T2 firms overtaking Kearney during the past years. Root cause - best talent keeps leaving and incentives at Partner level allow for too many free-riders. The low-performers stay on and the high performers leave for other places that require less subsidization of low performers.
2. Personal growth, compensation, WLB and investments in training lag behind competitors.
3. Utilization is the be all end all for Managers and below. Building expertise on topics gets challenging when you are incentivized to pick any project, rather than wait for something relevant. As a results, too many people (including seniors, unfortunately) keep shooting in the dark on topics that they understand very little about - causing bad client outcomes and terrible WLB.
This revenue number is verifiably false for anyone in the firm.
I’d stay away from us for another year minimum. The culture has deteriorated so much in the last 2 years it’s horrific.
Whole new leadership teams in place that lead without empathy
practices combining into mega offerings (strategy, growth, org and transformation as one practice - wtf)
No office culture outside of Toronto
Growing divide between partners and juniors, limited sense of investment in sub partner growth and development
Horrific employee NPS scores (our internal engagement survey), possibly the lowest in years.
MBA summers declining offers
Happy to say more privately but we are on a downward spiral and I would not touch us with a 10 foot pole for the next year
Fair enough! Fire away!
perspectives from a M and here are the takes:
"- firm's pipeline has been declining since 2023 and there is no sign of recovery. we have to take on projects that we are not familiar with just to be out of bench
- new leadership does not care about culture, all they value is short term gains
- messy restructuring of practices: why would you combine LCO and strategy and growth and T&T into one? look at our website now, we consolidated into 3 big areas, foresight, activate and innovate
- we are really, really behind other T2s like OW and LEK. operations is our strength prior to 2023 but the knowledge is deteriorating with top talents leaving for firms like Alix and a&m
- we experienced good growth under AL but now stuck with $1.X B and wouldn't be surprised if it will go down
- again, pipeline is really dry. we are barely competitive in the market and if you want to work in a truly mgmt consulting firm, there is no strategy work, its just none. most work we have now are cost reduction/ procurement related.
Beautifully said. Also our internal knowledge management is horrific - internal benchmarking tools with significant industry gaps that haven’t been updated since 2022.

If you want to be in ops consulting Kearney is stronger.
How’s Mr Smolinski at Kearney?
out of curiosity, why would you leave OW for Kearney?
What area? Depends on
