Looking for feedback on advertising on streaming platforms. I’ve tried to use them for a few campaigns, but I don’t think the ROÍ is really there. If the purpose of the campaign is to build awareness, sure - but I don’t think there’s a lot of conversion with streaming platforms unless being really targeted to the audience.

Hi folks, I hold PepsiCo india offer letter and Canada work permit visa as well, when I check with PepsiCo India HR for “work from Canada” option they mentioned it’s not possible rather asked me to decline India offer, any suggestions ?

How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn. It’s like they have a god complex or something even with proof, maybe bc of their tenure at the company? Even if there’s valid data backing up that they’re wrong. Maybe it’s bc I’m a type 8 enneagram, but it frustrates the hell out of me!

My dad who lives in Asia just announced that he had a medical issue. I’m starting to enter the age where I’m going to take care of him financially. It’s a $2,000 hospital bill which in the US is nothing compared to what it represents there (which he can’t afford). He’s going to be fine! If you could change anything to increase minority representation in marketing, what would you change? I think I'd want at least 2-3 minority employees in creative leadership positions to make sure things like colorism in ads less likely to pass the final edit.
