Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?
What will be in hand salary.???

The company is heavily Indian Male (as am I) and I sometimes wish for a more diverse thought process
Work life balance is based on how much you volunteer for. Depending on your role, you might have to coordinate with offshore teams but I'm sure you've dealt with that at Accenture already.
I'm in Cognizant Business Consulting (not delivery) and our levels are as follows-
BA (Undergrad)
Consultant
Senior Consultant (MBA)
Manager
Sr. Manager
Director
Sr. Director
AVP
VP
SVP
Depending on who you ask, the 'executive' (or partner) layer is either Sr. Director+ or AVP+
My salary as a Sr. Consultant is 125K with a bonus target of 15K.
Growth opportunities look good from where I stand based on how the stock has been growing and the fact that a lot of senior folks left due to a voluntary separation package in 2017 (lookup Elliott Management + Cognizant)
... Happy to answer more specific questions ...
I just left Cognizant. Firm is 95% male Indian and the culture is all that goes along with that. Every team dinner will be Indian food. All the leaders are male indian. Maternity leave is a joke. Sexism is rampant. There’s opportunity to shine tho (esp as a female) if you’re willing to put up with all that
