So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. I no longer tell myself I want to be dead. Meds and therapy have helped. But I also seem to not care if I die or get a terminal illness or disease. Like I won’t put myself in danger but if I get a disease or illness I won’t mind either. Does anyone else feel like that? Maybe that’s one reason I don’t bother to get myself in shape.
