I lead a team of women (ranging from 2-8 years into their careers) and want to advocate for their career growth with management. I’ve made the case for promotions and raises (have been pushing for this for months and keep being told “soon”—but I won’t give up), but I also want to try smaller asks and would love suggestions. Are there any books, one-off classes/trainings, virtual events, memberships, etc. that you’d recommend? Thank you!
I'm a senior finance major planning to take the CISA instead of the CFA/CPA so I can get to manager. What are the best CISA prep programs/books for a non-IT major?
I'm an account manager, but want to get better at helping and managing my team. So, I've started doing some of the copywriting myself so I can get a better feel for what's involved, what's needed, and how I can help others improve. I recently attended an SEO conference and then spent a weekend reading everything I can get my hands on. I've also got a reading list I'm building out. What are your favorite books and sources to become better at copywriting?
I was asked by a friend for a few management consultant books (similar to liar's poker in the finance industry) to check out. The only one I can think of is Peter Drucker's Adventures of a Bystander (good but not too much consulting)... any suggestions! 😁

How to make remote desktop dual screen?
Just started investments a month ago, majority in VOO. Have some funds (<5K) in few ETFs where I noticed (last night) the expense ratio is .40, .50, .20, .10 vs compared to VOO’s .03. Thoughts on selling those with higher expense ratio now? ( don’t have a lot of profit or loss at this point as it’s been just a month).
Best way to tell my managing director and team that I'm leaving? We're all remote. I feel weird setting up some time on his calendar to "talk". But maybe that's the way to go?
Serious question: Why’d we have to migrate our network logins to FCB Health in addition to our emails? Couldn’t we have just started listing our emails as “@fcbhealth” but logging in as “@FCB”? Our old emails instantly forward to our current ones, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be the other way.
Booz folks, how is your health insurance?

Anyone who interviewed recently for Microsoft Program Manager role? How many rounds? Salary range for Redmond?
Got a verbal offer for a job that I want. The offer is pretty good too, more in line with the work I want to do, 40% raise in base salary, and other benefits are roughly the same. Waiting on the official offer, to come on Monday. The problem is, Stockholm syndrome is real, I keep feeling bad for leaving my team as busy season is kicking off. What are ways to deal with this “guilt”?
