Looking for recommendations for a Marriott or Hilton property in Napa that will be easy to Uber to and from some vineyards.

Appreciate any insight.

I'd suggest Sonoma over Napa. Less commercial and just as good wine. The Renissance Sonoma is amazing and close to vineyards. Instead of uber I'd just hire a driver for the day. They will have ideas of wineries and probably get you free tastings. Find them on tripadvisor.

Stayed at Doubletree by Hilton Napa. 15-20 min Uber ride if I remember right. They have a great spa as well.

Hi, I have an offer of 22 lakh (YOE: 8) from Temenos, my skillsets are AWS and Azure cloud platform (IaaS and PaaS) and devops. My visa to Canada is initiated and I have been told that I can travel immediately once I get the visa. My spouse works in SAP labs, he too has got the work permit initiated to canada and his current CTC is 30lpa with 11 YOE. Which would be a better option in terms of savings and opportunities? Stayingback ormoving to Canada

I will be traveling with my 15 lb dog. He is a smidge too big to be under seat. Anyone know the requirements for bringing a pet onboard? Does he need to be a certified support animal? Had my annual review Friday (first year with the company). Boss awarded a 3% raise though she said my review was “90% positive.” Worth adding I got a 3% sign on bonus last year, so I’m basically at 0% raise. Nobody under me has gotten less than a 7% raise in the past year. Considering promotions + counter offers as well, it goes as high as 25%. I don’t feel a 3% raise matches a “90% positive” review and plan to bring up the cognitive dissonance I’m feeling. Any other tips or advice to add?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Can anyone provide any advice, or has anyone successfully moved away from sales?
