Looking for referrals for a Strategy / Ops or Chief of Staff type role. 5 YOE mostly in tech startup / scale up

I recently just finished my interview with Accenture and is looking very promising. We have yet discuss salary, I would like to know other people's salary who work in the Industry X so that I'm not getting low-balled. I currently work at HDR inc. making 69K (Salary).

2 YOE., Mechanical Engineer

The position is "Analyst - Industry X Development Program" in Detroit, Michigan.

My husband having 12 yrs. exp currently holds two opportunities abroad at the moment. We r a family of three (husband, wife and a 1 yo)

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia

Please suggest which one would be a better choice at the moment. Also any info on on-site pay in NZ

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? Trying to get into a t25 program, studying currently for the GMAT. I see a ton of people posting how they started off in the 600s and got into 700s. Are there others who started in high 400s or low 500s that got into the high 600s or 700s? Trying to encourage a friend of mine and looking for positive feedback if possible lol.
