Why do so many people need sponsorship? Most people I speak to in tech (data) require some sort of sponsorship. Just curious why this is.

It’s so nice that every agency laying off people, have those left standing (and other agencies) trying to hustle jobs for their unemployed friends, but there are also a ton of people who were unemployed prior to Covid...so no severance, job hunting lot longer, and not earning income for longer time...hurting even MORE due to quarantine.

Has anyone successfully made the leap from digital to brand planning? Any advice?

Working on a long term brand platform, which had the potential to be a really stellar, powerful body of work.

Sadly, it's being driven into the ground so hard by stakeholders that I have no love left for it. It's slowly becoming an embarrassment.

How do you go about this? Do you just swallow your pride and just take the paycheck? Try to fight for it tooth and nail while you still can?
