8 YOE in Phoenix. I work for an engineering firm. I added up the hires I am personally responsible for this year and it is 107 to date. I was pleasantly surprised by myself, but know I’ve put a lot of hours in.

My accountant set me up as a small business in order to help me write off things as “office expenses”. Just found out this is how I got a hefty return. Is there anything I should be wary of? Im fine with this as long as I won’t get in trouble down the line. I gave a month notice to my company. I offered to stay on contract until they got someone since I’m a team of 1.
