Currently a Sr. Designer finishing my masters in marketing/pr and am being offered a job as a pr & marketing manager. Is it a bad move to leave the creative side for bit? My goal is creative director.

Is anyone currently pursuing the CIA certification or recently passed? I am having trouble passing part 2. Any advice is welcomed. I passed part 1 over a year ago and haven’t been able to accomplish the next hurdle.

Focusing is not an issue for me once I’m locked in, but I’m struggling to get there because I haven’t finalized which idea to focus on. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work.
