In general, anything 2-dimensionally specific can get you in trouble. For example, a specific business performance number and company name. Generally, percentages are safer (3% savings on earned media efforts over x timeframe) or blinding the client totally (if you’re not a creative who needs to show executions) would allow you to say basically whatever.
I don’t disagree with you, so you’ll have to figure out how to balance that.
