Looking to move into SAP world from 12+ years of Testing experience have already a little experience in ABAP and business objects. Current working location is Europe I am planning to refresh my knowledge in SAP/HANA to land in entry level SAP consultant position I am European citizen so work permit across Europe won’t be an issue.

SAP program management background, certified in MM module but it’s been years. Is it worth to stay in SAP or I should just pursue PGM position in industry, SAP or not?

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?
