Make Suggestions Great Again. I’m so sick of everyone in the industry offering meandering and meaningless feedback just to say they got their 2 cents in. If you have concrete suggestions: great! But don’t just talk for 5 minutes about how something makes you feel without providing any actionable suggestions to improve the work.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

Thoughts on the lumanity acquisition of clarion? I was a bit surprised, the clarion name seems bigger and I had never actually heard of lumanity, but maybe I'm just out of the loop.

I applied to six schools (HSW, Sloan, Kellogg, Booth) in R1.

I didn’t apply to Haas in R1 and due some personal situations, now prefer it over some of the other schools I applied to because I wouldn’t need to relocate from the Bay Area.

I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off. What can I do?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title?
