Hey so I’m rapidly finding that I’m grossly underpaid. I joined my company as a tech support consultant with the highest salary I had ever seen. I moved into engineering and got the “top” of what they offer Jr’s. I waited through hiring and promotion freezes since early ‘20 and got mid level last year.

Now I’ve been interviewing elsewhere and my requested salary is increasing by 10-20k per week based on my success rate of still moving through the interview processes for these places.

I just did my pre-licencing certification and passed my CA state exam for property and casualty. No I have no idea what to do or where to start my career as an insurance agent since I have no experience in the real world, just lots of knowledge. Please help!
