Non NY- M1,MC, non-mba (have one but not recruited in through grad school), 140k, 5k bonus, rated tier 2. Salary didn't change with promotion from SA3, and bonus last year as a tier 3 was 5k.... So basically I got promoted with nothing. Nada. No difference. What's point of promotion?
I have to admit for non-pwc peeps, this thread is hugely entertaining.
If you are an SA making less than 80 you need to job hop or you will always be underpaid
Any updates with A3?
A2 in nyc is 84 confirmed- I want to know dc
Yes and I will only be getting the bonus. Do I love PWC enough to stay here till 2017 without any raise or bonus? Not!
So back to the topic... Fuck this shit.
T1 = tier 1. I only got 5%...with ~100% util and ~half a mil work sold.
NYC, SA2 non mba, 105, tier 1, 10.1% bonus
any ps stats?
BITCH BETTA HAVE MY MONEY 💵💰
A3B in SF. 88k (3k jump) and bonus of 5500. 2 rating. Thinking about leaving. Fuck this raise
Honestly, it feels like this cohort model is just as convoluted as the salary band. I thought salaries would be standardized across levels and regions with minor adjustments for very high cost of living areas such as NY or SF, but there are so many data points. How is there more transparency? 🤔
Update: SA1, Tier1 $96k + 8k bonus. FS
@OP why didn't you start with your own details?
FS, SA1, NYC, BA, 190k
And yes I am exaggerating with "millions". For all the people about to pounce.
Then make the new thread today to start it off.
@PwC4 please tell me that isn't correct...there are EAs coming in this year 90-95
What's top band for EA? DC area
If P4 is telling the truth then we might as well put in notice today
Are you sure? I don't remember hearing anything like that. I thought your degree had an impact on what 'sub' cohort you're in, but not that there were totally different growth paths. I don't even think S& has a separate grid, just some distinct sub-groups. Multiple cohort grids kind of defeats the purpose of a cohort system in the first place.
