Maternity leave disclosure to manager

I joined Altimetrik in April 2025 and am currently expecting to become a parent around mid-June next year. I have a few questions:

1. When would be the right time to inform my manager? I am currently 4 months pregnant.
2. I will complete one year at Altimetrik in April 2026. Will disclosing my pregnancy before April have any impact on my appraisal or hike?

Does HSBC HDPI provide transport facility in Hyderabad?
If yes, is it free or chargeable?

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?
