Starting PL at BCG is low 180s base plus 20-40% bonus.
And that's entry level principal, I think. Senior principal is probably mid 300s, since it's ~1 year from partner promotion.
D1- no, it is the role before partner. ~4 years post MBA
B3 - P1 bonus is 30-60. 80-100 bonus is P3-4
It's lockstep regardless of North America location.
What you call Ap is Principal at BCG
Sounds close ^. Base comp starts to spread then I think.
Principal salary is ~220, but bonus is up to 100%, I believe. They don't get revenue credits, but as they start to sell work, that is reflected in their bonus
Yup. Geo doesn't matter.
Slalom - keep in mind these are 2 years post MBA or 4 years post u/g. Much faster progression than most non-MBB.
I guess the promotion speed makes a big difference.
What is principal? Like 225 and 30-60%?
Principal percentages are higher
Is principal same as partner at BCG?
100% bonus is interesting , base sal is ok
Assuming all this at high cost locations
These base salaries sound low...bonuses sound good...but base just doesnt sound appealing
What does it look like at slalom? High base?
Mgr equal about 165 plus 10%
Senior mgr equal about 190 + 15-20%
Hours are good.
Im not trashing the pay. I just expected mgr to be 180-200k. Ap to be around 240k
Principal around 275-300k
Plus bonuses
