my cousin is working as a design engineer(related to mechanical engineering). He is havjng 4+ YOE for the same role. He has done diploma in data science from IIIT-Banglore in UPGRAD. Now he wants to look for an oppurtunity in IT field. Can someone let us know the process if u r aware of so that it would be helpful for him. he has done few live projects in UPGRAD in order to get his certification. Upgrad is 1 year course Cognizant Tata Consultancy Accenture Infosys Deloitte EY PwC KPMG
Hi Mentors, seek your advice. I have done civil engineering + Project Management. Currently I'm working with project management team as planning engineer in a real estate firm.
Now I am willing to switch into Consulting domain but not getting any leads, also daily I'm applying n numbers of company on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed but not a single light of hope I'm seeing.

What if you did join industry? And you were just doing the same tedious task everyday with no role & responsibility changes?
You’re still an analyst (I assume) so you still got lots of time to get pulled into projects which can vary across multiple clients and different industries. Industry won’t offer you that.
Develop your skillset (certs, etc.)?
