Ok, I haven’t done an HSA previously, but considering it for my family during this next open enrollment. What do I need to know about high deductible plans? Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? It’s been extremely stressful and harmful to my ptsd anxiety and depression.

I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts.
