Has anyone in channel successfully launched a separate briefing process just for a media report deliverable (not general analysis s or dashboard). If so was it successful and do you have any tips?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking.
