So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation. His reason was that I somehow betrayed his trust as he had promoted me just last year (after keeping the position open for 4 months and letting me take additional work load after the previous SM left!). Hey all, I’m trying to gauge wether or not my salary is appropriate for my role. Obviously I’m a sys admin, but I’m making 50k with an expected bonus of 12k per year. Does this match what you all are seeing, or do i need to be looking for a pay increase? About 3 years of experience, the first two were technically a Helpdesk role but as the sole person on the team it was essentially sys admin work

Are there any other women Sys Admins out there beside me? I've never met one. :)
